They were both respectful and very knowledgeable. I was told everything that was being done but made sure I approved first. They worked very hard to find the problem and were successful. Roger was great to work with! He did an excellent job explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable with his recommendations before proceeding. He made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done. We had a very minor issue after he left, and he came out the next day and fixed that. Roger was personable and we’re planning to use Brand Home Service for any future electrical needs. Sarah in the office was also great to work with and scheduled our services very promptly.
